Storm Volleyball Club
Storm VBC is a junior girls’ volleyball club in the South County area offering both Local and Travel volleyball experiences. Storm VBC was founded by Executive Director, Marleena Hunkin-Catalan, in 2011 with one team and a dream to create a venue where young athletes could be challenged to reach their ultimate potential. Our goal is to maximize the potential of all our athletes through hard work, strong fundamentals, leadership and teamwork.
Mission Statement
At Storm VBC, we prioritize the holistic development of our athletes. Our goal extends beyond volleyball skills, focusing on their overall well-being and success on and off the court. We aim to maximize each player's potential through individualized coaching within a positive learning environment. Emphasizing proper fundamentals and team dynamics, we provide a strong foundation of personal and athletic growth skills. Teaching positive character traits such as respect, sportsmanship, leadership, and cooperation is integral to our team's success. We instill responsibility and accountability while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for players committed to improving their volleyball skills. Success is the natural outcome of dedication, attitude, and a love for the game.
